Funeral home
The place where the deceased rests until the funeral, run by a funeral company. It is also called a funeral parlour.
In France, not to be confused with a hospital mortuary, which keeps the deceased free of charge for three days. A funeral home charges from the first day, and the deceased must be brought there within 48 hours of the death.
